Spent two nights in the downstairs suite. Two owners / managers live on-site and take excellent care of the building, plants, guests. Morning breakfast served as a group with excellent conversation between owners and guests: We listened to a recording of a string trio playing the Goldberg variations, as I'm a cellist, and the two owners are retired music teachers. There is a bit of noise from the upstairs in the morning, and breakfast is served early, so this place is best for early risers.

Room tip: Basement suite is private but a bit dark, with floor noise above in the AM.

Our apologies, Mark, for the breakfast making noises. We prepare as much as we can the night before and are as quiet as possible in the morning as we're aware that sound travels on tile floors. Also, we bought two new mattresses and box springs right after you were here. The sleep quality should be much improved.

We were in room 54, which was lovely and spacious, and spotlessly clean. Lois and Jeanette were exceptional hosts, welcoming, gracious, and interesting conversationalists. They also recommended the best places to check out while we were there. They were very accommodating with my food restrictions and provided delicious breakfasts each morning. We look forward to returning!

Where to begin. The location was perfect for us. Away from the town but close enough to everything. Lois and Jeanette are the most gracious hosts we have met. Having a very satisfying breakfast each day with wonderful conversations, is there a better way to start the day. Our room, number 27 was perfect for us and our dog. We sat outside enjoying some great wine and watched her play in the yard while being rejuvenated at this very relaxing home. If we go back to Gibsons this will be the place we want to stay. Thanks for everything.

There is not enough room to explain what a wonderful place this is, run by two wonderful women. Someone said a bit of paradise and it truly is. Fresh jam, home made hollandaise sauce and goodies, a comfy bed, deer in the backyard, an eagles nest, a glorious view while you are drinking your morning coffee and wonderful conversations and stories - what more does a person need. I loved my stay and will be back again. SJ

We stayed at this wonderful B&B for 2 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lois and Jeannette are wonderful hosts, and we really enjoyed talking with them at breakfast. (Very nice homemade breakfast!)

The location is very convenient, and gives a nice view of the ocean.

We stayed in room 54 (which is the largest of the 3). Room 13 1/2 might feel a bit small for a couple, so I'd suggest #54 or #27.

We didn't have a chance to try the pool (due to the cool weather), but will try it the next time we're back!
