Bought a one night stay with breakfast and parking on Tuango. Went with my gf for a relaxing time in tremblant. We had a great time but the hotel needs some improvements. They're shouldn't be rubber mats in the stair wells, they smell toxic in the summer or at least ventilation is required, it made both of us nauseous every time we took the stairs because the elevator was taking long. The garage is way way way too hot! It definitely needs ventilation or a/c at a minumm some sort of fans in the parking garage, my girlfriend got sick from the heat down in the garage on arrival and was not feeling well for hours after arrival, it's probably 40 degrees Celsius and hotter than the dry sauna they offer by the pool. As well the door to the hotel automatically locks in the garage and when leaving after check out without a hotel key card we had to go back in and we couldn't get back in and there is no one there to help its just not a great set up. The room was nice had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a den with a fireplace and windows that open for the fresh mountain air. It was fairly clean and the Jacuzzi and pool decently maintained. The hotel is nice but could be more accommodating for departure, we requested a late check out and I had to practically beg for 1:30 check out even though there was almost not a single car in the garage on departure and defenitly the ability to accommodate us until 2pm I could not understand the 30min difference would be the end of the world especially since the Tuango we bought said late 2pm check out if available. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the coffee station all day is nice. The rooms are very nice but outdated and definitely in need of a little love. The shower should be upgraded to have a wand nozzle alot of people would really enjoy the shower alot better with the ability to wash themselves properly for the minimal expense of upgrading the shower heads. On arrival in the room the fridge was warm and freezer was warm. It would be great to have them set to regular temperature than all the way down... The temperature in the room we stayed in was the worst part of the room. The a/c works great but it's in a separate room from the bed room and even on full blast it makes the den and kitchen way to cold and bed room way to hot and humid. Overall it was definitely worth the cost of the Tuango and we still did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and sauna...

The breakfast room is too small for the amount of people. The Hotel allows people to go with dirty dress into the swimming pool but do not change water daily, so you don't know how clean and safe the water is.
Wi fi is free but did not work. Bathroom ventilation did not work. Towel and coffee replace late in the afternoon, had to go out to get coffee.

Location was excellent and rooms were great value. We got a free upgrade to a loft which was great as the kids really enjoyed that.
Complimentary breakfast was okay. Did not like the usage of plastic cutlery and cups for the amount of garbage it was generating.

The location is great. It is right there right where you want to be at Mont Tremblant. The pool and hot tub are secluded, clean, and large (compared to others in the area). We got a studio with a sofa bed the first night and it was great. The A/C in that room was great. We asked to upgrade the next day because we wanted more privacy (we were traveling with our 21 y/o daughter who stays up late). We got a loft with a sofa bed below but it was a mistake. The rooms are really built for winter, so the A/C did not work well in that room. Every room we went to we had to ask for either extra linens for my daughter's bed or towels. The included breakfast was average, but very crowded. Still, you could not beat the location. Perhaps next time we might check out the Fairmont which is an extra 40 steps away from the action.

Homewood Suites by Hilton is worst hotel I have stayed in Mont-Tremblant due to following below reason:-

1. Very laid back customer service. It took them more than two hours just to confirm what was my request.
2. Housekeeping is worst.The housekeeping staff just cleaned the trash from bathrooms and not from kitchen area. They didn't make our beds.
3. No A/C in both rooms. Keeping in mind the temperature being quite hot and humid, the hotel should have A/C in both rooms. The only A/C they had was in living room.
4. Hotel hallway is not baby stroller friendly. There was no access to elevator from we were staying and there were not any inclined pathway for strollers to move comfortably within hallways.

Being Hilton associated property, I expected a lot from this hotel but I was greatly disappointed.

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
