My wife and I like getting away to Tremblant and this property did not disappoint! Being a platinum member, we got a nice upgrade, and a nice note from the management staff thanking us for our loyalty which was a nice touch. The room was excellent and they also have a very good breakfast buffet included which is very practical. Underground parking means your car is nice and warm. Highly recommend taking it. They have outdoor hot tubs which we didn't use but looked very nice. The only thing I didn't like is their rooms don't seem to have king beds. When you're used to the space of a king and end up in a queen, you might not get the sleep experience you desire. All in all an excellent stay!

We went to this hotel, using reward points, from December 24 to 28, 2017. We booked a fatbike tour from a company a few miles away from the resort with the understanding they would pick us up at the hotel. When the bus failed to appear the front desk called the company, who said we were mistaken about getting a ride. Rick, one of the managers, drove us to the bike shop in his personal car. He went inside to ask if they would be able to drive us back to the hotel, and if not, gave them his phone number so he could retrieve us. Way over the top service.

Decent rooms, breakfast so so, cleanliness great, location perfect (no ski in no ski out), service superb!! Kudos to Catherine in front desk!
Would stay here again and recommend it completely! Hapoy new year!

This hotel is in am excellent location for Ironman Mont Tremblant (staying in the village made life much easier). Our suite had a full kitchen, that made life much easier.

There is a nice hot tub/seating area outside at the hotel, which was great for relaxing the day after the race.

I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone coming for the race.

We stayed the first week of December 2017 at the hotel and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is nicely situated in the Village and walking distance to everything. The rooms were fairly large and clean. We had a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes. It was like a mini kitchen. It came in very useful with a 2 year old baby.

My only negative feedback is that we asked for a crib but they only had a playpen. We had to call like 4 times to get a playpen and it was like 10 pm by the time they came. Which I feel is unacceptable.

Other than that, we had no issues and the staff was amazing.
