“Beautiful location, outstanding quality... altogether faultless.”
Reviewed 26 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We had a lovely welcome and was made to feel at ease straight away. We all loved the delicious cake and supplies which is a lovely generous touch. It really was like home from home, we all slept well in lovely clean light but cosy rooms with black out blinds, (and a few toys hidden under the bed to keep the little ones happy).

The bathroom was very spacious and nice big deep bath and shower, (also there was a step for toddlers which helps) and shampoos and conditioners etc provided.

The kitchen was very well equipped with a few nice extras like bread, eggs, butter, milk, cooking oil and condiments, tea and coffee, sugar fairy liquid etc. I was expecting to have to buy more, but pretty much everything I needed was provided. I can’t actually complain about anything which is rare for me, as I’d say I'm quite particular bordering fussy lol, so that speaks volumes! Thank you Terrie none of us wanted to leave.

The location is great, very pretty countryside, and within walking distance of stunning Bodium castle. We also ventured to Hastings pebble beach which is not far at all, and there are so many things for the children to do, bouncy castles amusement rides, trampolines and an amazing wooden pirate play area and sand pit, we spent hours and hours there and had a fantastic day, we will definitely go back and would highly recommend this ideal property to anyone considering staying.

“New Years Break - Fantastic!!!!!”
Reviewed 8 January 2016 for a stay in December 2015

My partner and I stayed at 3 Coopers cottage with friends for a couple of nights for New Years Eve. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a break away. Its cosy, comfortable, warm and has beautiful views. It was wonderful to arrive to bread milk and butter ready for us and a freshly made cake (beautiful). Terrie was so helpful before and during our stay. We had a fantastic New Year here and will absolutely be returning. Thanks Terrie x

“Fabulous stay...once gain”
Reviewed 30 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

We should have written this review for our first stay in November 2015...we so enjoyed our short-break then that we decided to return for a pre-Christmas stay at No.3.

We were treated to another warm welcome from Terrie with the cottage replete with Christmas tree and decorations not to mention the front and rear of the cottages lit up with lights at night. Magical!

Add to this the lovely location in the midst of a Sussex vineyard, a welcome pack of milk, eggs, bread and jam plus an enormous and very tasty home-baked cake...and our stay was a superb return to Cooper's Cottages.

We'll certainly be back! The other cottages are equally superb if you are looking to host an extended-family and/or friends get-together in this gorgeous part of the world.

Stayed here for 2 nights, what a delightful place to stay. Terrie came to meet us in the car park after we managed to get lost (our fault), then showed us round the property. Terrie left us a food hamper including a delicious cake (it was so yummy :) ) The bedrooms were a very good size & plenty of storage. Nice double bed with egyptian cotton sheets etc & the room nicely decorated. Kitchen, dinning area & living room all open plan. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice dinning table & chairs. The sofa & two armchairs lovely & comfy, underfloor heating throughout. Bathroom immaculate, with L shaped bath & shower. Lovely bath products supplied if you didn't take your own. The whole property felt very spacious, patio doors lead out onto a lovely decked area containing table & chairs, even a BBQ supplied. The views around the property were lovely & you could see for miles. We will definitely return :)

“A great place in a great location”
Reviewed 11 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Enjoyed a lovely long weekend in this clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage. Great location for exploring nearby attractions and wonderful to be able to walk to Bodiam Castle and the local child-friendly pub! The owners were very welcoming and it makes such a difference to have a few necessities provided as part of the welcome pack. (The homemade cake of course is a luxury!)
