We have become regulars at this restaurant because of the food quality and low pricing. Most dishes are tapa styled - smaller proportions but with low price. An appetizer and another dish will most likely fill you up. I really like the cebollitas (sp?), basically fried green onions with hot sauce. You can eat these like candies.

We also wen't for breakfast the other day - they started opening on Saturday/Sundays for breakfast. I am a big fan of 'chilaquilas', tortilla shells with salsa verde, cheese etc. Was very good and reminded me of Mexico.

I don't even know where to start. First off, the food is overpriced for the portions and quality. Second, the attitude from the waitress was unbelievable.

Within 5 minutes of arriving, and this being our first visit to the restaurant, we were told by the exceptionally rude waitress the we filled out our menus wrong. The evening proceeded to get worse from there. She brought our appetizers in a timely fashion - chips and dip - and it was good. She then brought out our main dishes which were tasteless and very small portions. We brought this to her attention and instead of offering to correct the situation she had the gall to defend the food calling it "authentic". We have been to Mexico and eaten authentic Mexican food, and it never tasted like that.

As we continued with our meal, the waitress didn't clear any of the dishes from the appetizers so we had to squeeze our main dishes onto an already small table. The icing on the cake was the slow service, and her never offering to refill our drinks or bring more tortillas for our fajitas - not that it mattered, because there was so little of it in the first place.

I'm never going back. Simple as that.

we heard of las Maracas from a friend and decide to try it at lunchtime, a very pleasant surprise . Las Maracas, very tastefully decorated with true Mexican decor. bright and airy. the staff are so friendly and helpful. we chose from an extensive menu that is reasonably priced , the food was well prepared and served with good attention to presentation. each selection we ordered was tasty and met all our expectations. we are looking forward to our next visit.

We ate here last Saturday evening for the first time. The restaurant is relatively new and I had heard about it on Facebook so we thought we'd give it a try. Upon arrival we were surprised at how bright the lighting was inside. It felt a bit "fast foodish" because of the lighting. The ambiance would have been 100 times better if the lighting was dimmed.

The menu was 1 sheet of paper, printed on both sides. You get 1 menu per table and a pen. By the time the menu goes around the table and everyone has had a chance to read it and decide what to order, a lot of time has been taken up. It would be better if 1 sheet per person were given. The menu itself is quite confusing. Maybe there are too many things on it? And not being familiar with Mexican food, we had difficulty understanding how to order for a table of 5 people. It would be easier for newbies to order if they had something like a "dinner for 2, 4, 6" etc. with several typical items, and then others to choose from.

We ended up ordering a chips and salsa, and then a few of us had tortillas with salsa verde (which was excellent!) and others had chicken and beef tacos. The food was really good. The margaritas were outstanding.

Our server was sweet and friendly, but the service was slow and unorganized (we received our main courses at different times, so some of us had to start eating before others had theirs. And our appetizers showed up after the main course)

The Tres Leche cake is TO DIE FOR. Do not miss it.

The meal was very reasonably priced. The 5 of us ate for around $115.00, including 6 alcoholic drinks. Based on the great food, the value and giving them the benefit of the doubt about improving on a few things since they are relatively new... we would definitely give this place another try sometime.
