We went on a 4 hour tour this past week, and the experience surpassed any of our expectations. We were given warm suits to wear on the zodiac, and toques to keep our heads warm - as it is still a little chilly on the water in April! The guide and naturalist made the experience exciting and highly informative; their knowledge of these waters is unsurpassed. We saw orcas, eagles and sea lions and learned about their ecology, admired gorgeous waterfalls, gazed up at snow-capped peaks from the inner waters of the Discovery Islands, and zoomed through tidal rapids as our expert guide navigated these turbulent channels. I can't remember the last time I have smiled and laughed so much! Thank you Campbell River Whale Watching and Adventure tours for a great adventure. Highly recommended :)

Such fun!! We took the 6 hr tour on the boat. We saw so many animals. The sight of the whales had my grandbabies so excited!! They provided lunch on Stewart island. There was a washroom on board also.

We took our two granddaughters on the whale watching tour with this company and were thrilled! There were only the 4 of us and one other family of 4 on the boat. It was a chilly day so we were suited up in the cozy flotation suits provided and away we went. After some searching for the elusive whales, during which we were entertained by seals, eagles, amazing scenery, fishing camps and other boats, we finally came up on a pod of humpbacks. These massive creatures seemed to be showing off for our viewing pleasure, breaching and spouting very near out boat. Later we were treated to hot chocolate and granola bars by our terrific captain. We were very happy our captain did not give up on finding these whales. I would recommend Campbell River Whale Watching and Adventure Tours to everyone!

A first rate Grissly bear tour, and we got to watch humpbacks playing on the way there. A great experience from the dock until we got back. A great way to spend a day.

Took a trip with Campbell River Whale Watching in August 2017. This was our second time out with them. This time there were 4 of us, 2 local to Campbell River, 2 visiting from Ontario. We had a great day, nice weather, great and knowledgeable guide to answer questions. Saw humpbacks and orcas, dolphins, sea lions, eagles and even a sow and cub black bear foraging on the beach. Great day! Thanks for another great trip. We all enjoyed it.
