Stayed over night with Hubby while visiting friends in the area. The room was clean but the bathroom could do with some updating but all in all it was your run of the mill motel room. Good enough for a night or two Staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. The price was right for us. There isn't A/C in the rooms but nice big windows to let the air in.

Older motel/hotel that was renovated and clean. Check in was easy. Rooms close by. Beds and TV are newer and pretty good. Shower was strong but the bathroom showed signs of being old and poorly renovated. Wood flooring was a nice touch.
The restaurant that is attached to the front office is closed Mondays and Tuesday. There is a sushi restaurant adjacent to the parking lot but a breakfast place is not close. Macdonalds and Starbucks are a long walk away. There is another hotel close by that serves a so-so breakfast if you really want to eat close by.
Be aware that the rooms do not have AC. A noisy floor fan is provided but seriously there should be AC.

I appreciate you taking time to provide us feedback after staying with us. We are sorry your stay with us was not satisfactory.
We are currently renovating our rooms on the first floor and we have portable A/C units that can be provided if requested during booking.
We are installing laminated flooring in selected rooms on the main floor and the bathrooms will be done during the second phase of renovating.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced as we strive to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.

I booked a room last minute to have some where comfortable to stay on the night of my birthday. Getting the room was easy and the staff member was great. The room was clean and everything was in good working order.
The problems began when we returned to the room late that night. Our door key did not work so we had to go to the office to get a new one. After many telephone attempts and a lot of banging on the door we finally got a staff member to get a new key. Then when that key did not seem to work he came up and opened the door and told us the door handle had to be held a certain way (something that should be mentioned during check-in). The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very clean. We were having a good sleep until the housekeeper banged once on the door and walked into the room at 10am which woke us up. Then we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door as we got ready, but the housekeeper still knocked on the door repeatedly. This made it a very uncomfortable stay and we just wanted to get out of there!!
When I brought the key to the desk I kindly explained what had happened and I received an apology and was told that it would be brought to the managers attention and I would receive a phone call from the manager. Two days later I've heard nothing.
Not very impressed by the housekeeping staff, or the manager for not following up with me.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback after staying with us.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We have talked with our housekeeping staff regarding the early disturbance. Our staff is respectful when a guest leaves the do not disturb sign outside the door. Check out time is 11:00am and if the sign is still on the door our housekeeping will check to see if a later time is needed.

Our maintenance manager checked the lock mechanism on the door you had trouble opening and found it was in working order. The handles have to be held horizontal and the card inserted with the chip facing down as illustrated on the card.

Please accept our sincerest apology for not getting back to you sooner.

Sincerely
The Management

My daughter and I spent two nights at this motel, where our two main requirements were that we had very good high-speed Internet and very good quality beds both these requirements where exceeded. We were quite surprised that this older motel is the first one we stayed at that actually has your own router in your room, you are not sharing the Internet with everyone else. This will likely be our base camp for future trips. The restaurant called Fluid, across the road was so good we went both nights.
