We stayed one night and I enjoy sleeping on a hard bed but this one was like a board! Area is quiet, room was clean. Scenery is beautiful. Go up Mount Revelstoke if you get a chance. The free wi if did not work at all.

We had the misfortune to stay at this hotel ...i use That term loosely. I travelled with my wife, nephew and his wife and two kids. The room was supposed to sleep 6 which it did sort of. The room was straight out of the 70s and unfortunately was not clean the a.c. unit was thick with dust the kitchen light did not work and had to be re wired completely. The hot tub was out of action and had been for some considerable time. The bedrooms had no drawer units to store clothes and no hangers to utilise the closet space. So a room for 6 people only had 5 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. When I went to talk to the main desk about the cleanliness of the room and lack of towels etc It seemed It was a major inconvenience to the desk staff to get me the required items . Breakfast was poor toast and dry muffins and froot loops...the hotel manager needs a lesson in customer service. I wish there was something positive I could say about this establishment but there isn't . The reviews we read on line were all positive which suggests a hotel employee wrote them. Don't stay here unless you want to find out what staying in hotels in the 70s was like. Beyond disappointed so much so we left after the first night. Dreadful.

Rooms have been fixed up -- with an oriental theme. Good beds. Still quite cramped. Nice indoor outdoor area for the breakfast that is included. For mountain bikers they offer a great bike wash facility. But are quite pricey for what they offer.

I gave 4 stars not because it is a four star hotel but because they live up exactly to what they offer. Very clean rooms, great parking and affordable price. If you are in travel mode or need a place for a couple nights this is perfect. Easy walking distance to town centre, helpful staff and everything inside is pretty new. The outside is retro 60's motor Inn.

Don't get too excited about the continental breakfast.

Beds were firm (which we prefer). We had a corner room on the bottom floor facing north (split level facing the street). Floors and bathrooms were not so great or clean. No breakfast option available. Location and typical clientele not so desirable (which is probably why the price was so low). We had a 2 room suite with the 3 Queen option (which was a plus for us). Along with our stay, passes to the local REC centre were included (fun for our family). For the price, I would stay elsewhere.
