We had an enjoyable two-night stay here in the main lodge. The rooms were comfortable (especially beds), clean and a very nice private deck. It was nice to turn on the fireplace and enjoy its ambiance. We ate two dinner meals in the restaurant and it serves very good food. Burgers, pizza, sandwiches, salads mainly. We thought the breakfast that came with the room was okay, nothing special. The place was quiet. A great place for us to relax and unwind and for my wife to get some work done, good wifi. No complaints, we would definitely stay here again!
Note: This property is a little ways outside Revelstoke, there is nothing else around it but nature. We like that, but if you want to be closer to town, this might not be your place.

A great hotel for a stopover in a quiet location but not too far from Revelstoke. Food was good, staff were friendly. Only downside was that someone had been smoking on our balcony before we arrived ( which is not allowed btw) and despite asking housekeeping twice to sweep up the ash they never did.

Greetings Valued Guests,

Thank you for taking a moment to provide some feedback. We are upgrading our no smoking signage to help notify smoking guests of the government policies. We will also follow up with housekeeping. We hope you stay with us again.

$302.00 a night for a tiny room, not even a cabin. Nothing Special, beds and pillows were not comfortable, woke up feeling sore after barely sleeping because it was way to hot. No AC in the Summer. It was blistering hot and smoky. Very under staffed, nothing for the kids to do. wont go back.

Room Tip: don't get a room.

Our room rate is $197 per night, but as you bought 3 pets you were charged $20 per pet as agreed. Admittedly our pet friendly rooms are currently not air conditioned, although we do certainly have rooms that are air conditioned. I am sorry to hear about your disappointing stay and that you were not happy with our amenities. We do have out door games available for children, as well as ATV's, Canoe's and SUPs for rent. Unfortunately the whole of North America is suffering with the smoke and there is not alot we are able to do to as I am sure you can appreciate. We have recently updated our bedding, decor etc..so it is unfortunate this was not comfortable, but we certainly could have changed the pillows for you - as we do have a selection in our housekeeping department.

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely food in the restaurant, a quiet and peaceful location. Town of Revelstoke only a 5-10 minute drive away. Complimentary breakfast - sadly we missed out because we had to leave early.

Room Tip: Log Cabins are more secluded and have hot tubs available for extra cost

This place felt like home from home immediately - staff were really friendly and helpful. Cabin was great, everything we needed. We took advantage of using the hot tub which was great to relax in after a long drive gazing at the scenery. Would highly recommend.

Hi Rachel, Thanks for the great review and we appreciate your feedback - our hot tubs are always a hit - especially in the winter too!
