This B&B is nestled into a property away from the road on the Baie des Chaleurs and we stayed in a lovely spacious room with bay window and clawfoot tub right in the room as well as a nice private bathroom. The owner, Jim Hayes, served up delicious and varied breakfasts over the 3 days we stayed, including fresh-squeezed OJ and wild strawberries picked by a neighbour the day before.
We were meant to feel like visitors, not paying guests, and shared a drink with Jim in his lovely living room on return from dinner one evening. Jim's interesting conversation, knowledge of the area and suggestions for where to eat, enhanced our enjoyment of the area. We would go back just to stay there.
