Visited the museum and did the evening ghost walk. The museum is quite interesting. The Ghost walk was ok. It was run by summer students reading a printed script.

Great example of a Victorian home & overflowing with history about our local hero Billy Bishop. Lots of interesting exhibits on each floor. Also Christmas is a good time to visit as is is decorated in period style.

I had long wanted to visit Billy's home and I was not disappointed. The home itself is quite lovely, the exhibits are well presented and the young staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

In the house where Billie Bishop was born and raised, the exhibit included photos, original furniture, many airplane models, all well-described.

We visited this house while staying near Kemble and found it very interesting and well worth a visit. The young girl who took us around the house was very well informed.

Self guided tour. Lots of information available for who are able to read and have the attention span. Staff willing to tell short stories that were amusing!

There are stories that this home holds a lot of character and could be perhaps haunted. Regardless it is eventuful to venture through the home and learn all about Billy Bishop and what he did.

Located on a street with other homes, it has no parking lot, but free street parking is available. Admission was $5, which includes a small booklet. The tour is self-guided.

Lots of excellent information and photographs are provided in what was his childhood home.
