A friend of ours had her birthday here so we went with a crowd of 15 people or so. We had a table booked for 8:30 p.m. and though some of the guests arrived late (close to 9:00), no server came to our table sooner than 9:25 and we had no menu. Water and glasses were available on the table but the glasses were mostly unclean (with lipstick marks left from previous guests). At around 9:30, we finally had one lady attending to us, taking our orders. We were told we would only be getting 4 bills if we wanted to order from the menu or everyone would get a bill if they ordered the special which was $20 + Tax + Tip. Also, no one could not order food, that is you either had to order food or you will be charged $15 + tax. So most of the table went with the special but my husband and I decided to order off the menu. We got Chicken kebab (dark meat) and Kabab torsh. The food came an hour later. My husband was given white meat and not dark meat and the kabob torsh was quite undone. We both had asked for half rice and half salad. I got Caesar salad and it really wasn't good. The dressing barely mimicked the taste of Caesar dressing and there were far too many crotons on a tiny portion of salad. When we ordered, we were not told that we will be charged $1.99 for each half and half option. We also ordered two soft drinks but we only received one and we were still charged for two. And given that we were a large crowd, a gratuity of 18% was already added to the bill so we ended up with close 50 $58 which I am afraid to say was not worth it. In terms of entertainment, they had a live singer and he really tried his best but the volume of the music was so loud that it was impossible to appreciate his singing or the music. We literally could not have a conversation with the person sitting right behind us so we ended up texting one another which was ridiculous because what's the point of a get together where you cannot socialize with people because of loud music. They also had three belly dancers. This was a super short show, 2 or 3 songs and the songs were not arranged properly (they kept getting cut off and jumping from one rhythm to another). And then we were back to the singer and loud music. Their dance floor is also very small compared to the number of people so when dancing, you kept bumping to someone else. Overall, we left the place neither satisfied with the food and nor with the entertainment. I am not sure given the low reviews for this place, we would have gone to this place on our own.
