We stayed for 2 nights while we visited Prince Edward County. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average but offered hot items (eggs, bacon, waffles, hot cereal) and coffee and tea was available in the lobby all day which I took advantage of. There isn't a lot to do or see nearby if you plan to go for a walk. You need to drive to shopping, museums, sites of interest, etc.

Service at the reception was friendly but we found the rooms quite noisy due to the nearby highway traffic and the poor bedding (the mattress seemed made out of cardboard and it was not as firm as we would have liked it). While the hotel is clean, the complimentary breakfast more than adequate, we found the cost of 130$ in a small town like Trenton, quite expensive.

horrible cleaning services ... they dont clean anything except for fixing the bed. found spider webs in 2 different room. towel racks are full of dust. I informed the management about the spider webs 2 times and nothing happened. They did not even bother to take a look or apologize. They have Air Conditions from the 90s without any sensors. so you have to touch the filthy AC every half an hour to turn it off/on.

The bed mattresses are really bad. the GYM is tiny and smells really bad.

Good for one night. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable. Breakfast below average; the room is way too small for welcoming all the clients. Nothing fancy. Staff okay but not overly friendly.

Stopped here overnight to break our journey east to Montreal/Quebec having booked ahead online from the UK. No problems checking in; MJ was really helpful. The only issue we had was as a family of 4 travelling from the UK we had quite a bit of heavy baggage but were allocated a room on the first floor and with no elevator it was a bit of a struggle for us. Would have been nice if whoever handled the online booking had applied a bit of common sense and realised that as long haul travellers we would have a large amount of bags but c'est la vie. The room itself was clean and decent enough and the free breakfast was a nice addition - the kids loved the waffle maker! All in all a good stay.

Room Tip: If you have accessibility issues or heavy baggage try and get a ground floor room - no elevators
