I stayed at the Kokopelli for two nights with my mother and sister while we were in the area visiting family. We stayed in a large room with a private bathroom that included a large jet tub and stand up shower. The room had television, a fridge, and a patio door to a sitting area outside. It was very clean and comfortable.
The best part of our stay had to be the breakfast. Instead of being told when and what breakfast was, we were given the freedom to choose when and what we wanted to eat. He even cooked our eggs to our liking in addition to providing bacon, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, coffee, and a choice of cereals and juices.

A lovely little B&B hidden away near the golf course in Osoyoos. We stayed here for 2 nights and found it very comfortable. Being near the golf course the two rooms (which are located in the owners basement) were appropriately named, we stayed in the Masters Room. The room was very clean, light and spacious, with an ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower and large bath), fridge and tv as well as a patio area. We had access to a small kitchenette suitable for making sandwiches or micro-waving popcorn, and a range of books and DVDs to borrow. Both mornings John cooked us delicious breakfast (one of which was homemade waffles and fresh fruit from the valley). A great place to relax and enjoy the desert heat.

We stayed for one night. John and his wife are very friendly and helpful hosts. They have two B&B rooms in the basement area of their home. Although they are in the basement they have a patio door in each room that opens to a nice patio area. Each room has privacy from the other. The B&B we stayed in has a small bathroom with toilet and nice walk in shower. The sink is outside the bathroom. There is also a small fridge in the room which is convenient. There is a small kitchenette area that is in another location of the basement. We didn't use it during our stay. The bed is relatively comfortable with a small TV. The room was very clean and tidy. The home is air conditioned but unfortunately during our stay they either turned it off or it didn't come on in the night. This resulted in a very hot and stuffy room that meant a poor sleep. Osoyoos is a very hot area and I would encourage the hosts to leave the air on at night. The breakfast was very nice and tailored to what we would like. We ate on the outside patio of the main home area. The B&B is for couples which adds to its quietness. There is a golf course close by and we would highly recommend the restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the food very good and they have a nice outdoor patio. No credit cards are accepted at the B&B but the price is reasonable enough to pay cash or cheque.
