Poorly organised and very disappointing. About 30 people were jammed into the cable car, cheek to jowl, on a warm, 25 degree day. Cable car waited 10 minutes for a helicopter which was doing construction, and making a big noisy dusty mess. It was too hot and unpleasant to stay on the car. The cable car remained there for a further 15 minutes until the helicopter finished. So around a 25 minute wait. Staff, who seemed very junior, did not understand that this was a hazardous and unpleasant experience. Gave up. Oh, and the bus only came every hour, not every 25 minutes as advertised. Not good.

Our trip coincided with construction work that was being carried out with helicopter. This meant that the cable car could not take off while the helicopter wanted to land or take off. The very young and inexperienced staff shoved about 100 people into each cable car, so that people were crammed in and on top of each other, and had to wait in the cable car for about a half an hour while the helicopter did its thing. There was no communication given by the young inexperienced staff about what was happening - though I don't blame this situation on the young inexperienced staff - it's entirely the responsibility of the people who own the tourist attraction to communicate (and/or let the young inexperienced staff now, so they can communicate) whatever is happening. As it was, it was apparent to us all in the crammed cable car that the helicopter was taking precedence over the paying tourists crammed in the cable car - which again makes total sense for safety reasons. On a warm, humid day, where there were lots of tourists being crammed in by inexperienced young people - overall, it was a very bad experience. Not recommended.
