It is rare to experience a perfect lunch experience but we had it today. Sitting in the sunshine, looking toward the islands and enjoying the warm mixed seafood salad and the hot pot.
I last had this salad twice in San Fransisco, the first time they knocked it out of the park and the second time years later it wasn't as memorable. Tried it here and it was plentiful, calamari in strips, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams in a warm lemony dill vinaigrette over mixed greens. Don't think I could have made it for the price I payed.
Hubby ordered the tomatoe basil hot pot with 2 large pieces of sockeye salmon, clams, and mussels and had to order extra bread because he wanted every last drop of sauce. It also was full of vegetables and the ultimate compliment he could give - it was the best seafood soup he had eaten in his life.
Other reviews indicated poor service however it was timely, friendly and our waitress was attentive. She brought a paper soup bowl full of water for our dog without being asked.
There was no issues at all for anyone around us.
Having been eating out for two straight weeks and can easily say best choice yet. Can't wait to come back.
Gluten free options, vegetarian options, something for the meat lovers. Pescatarians embrace this redtaurant!
