The restaurant is set righ on the wharf and you can enjoy views of the water while dining. The tea and coffee is good. The menu has a little influence of turkish food. The pancakes were amazing and well presented. The haloumi and sujuk was something i have never tried and i loved it. The pizza was alright and the crab fritters were decent. On the whole i would definitely be back.

We went with friends to this restaurant on Friday night and it was most enjoyable. Staff were great - so obliging. Fabulous menu, choices for everyone. I had the duck and although the tastes were divine I think the duck could’ve been a little bit more juicy than it was. Our friends shared four dishes - cauliflower fritters, tempura Halloumi chips, Lamb ribs and crumbed chicken dish - they loved them all. My husband had the version of their pizza which was only OK. Good wine and beer selections and my friend enjoyed a fabulous coconut Mojito. Great atmosphere fun, lively and busy place. Well worth a visit.

Visited today with my family for lunch and it was great. Was pleased we had booked as it was busy. Lots of wait staff and the service was fine. Menu had lots of options and it was hard to decide - in the end we choose the fish n chips, crab fritters, chicken souvalaki and hot cakes. All were delicious - although perhaps the crab fritters could of done with less spice seasoning as it over powered the flavour of the crab a little. We walked away very happy though and plan to visit again soon.

We decided to try the Devon for lunch on a Sunday as it has a lovely setting on the wharf. I ordered the dish with tempura haloumi which sounded really interesting. I had to remove all the batter off the haloumi as it was so disgusting and oily, not at all like a true tempura batter. The rest of the dish was poorly executed and also drowned in oil (and not a good oil like olive). It was expensive for what it was $28. My husband ordered eggs Benedict with a rösti which was OK but not particularly good. We sat on the high stools for a better view but realised they were designed to take a cushion and were quite uncomfortable with the ridge around the seat base. Several chairs had their woven cane backs coming off which was not a good look. We live not far away but won’t be back.
