The place was recommended to us by the host at our preferable winery in Valle d'Aosta: Maison Anselmet.
La Clusaz is located in a very picturesque place where St-Bernard Pass meets Aosta Valley. The place exists since 1247 although almost nothing survived from that time. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant does resemble medieval times.
We found the food being very, very good. Service was friendly and helpful. The price was more than reasonable for what we've got.
