Just happened to be passing, looking for somewhere to eat. Could not find anywhere to park at the other two pubs in area. The Ship had plenty of parking (though, don't know if this changes with the tide as it is in a creek).
We chose the Haddock and Chips from quite a good varied menu. Fish was of good size with a thin crispy batter. The chunky chips had a crisp coating and looked very appetising but on tasting were a bit disappointing, flowery and slightly hard in texture, (probably, it was the the type of spud used).
Decent variety of real ales, Dog friendly, water bowls outside, but sadly, no biscuits provided.
