Perfect little cottage for our needs with pleasant rooms & a lovely lady who looked after keys showed us round. Downside was there was no WiFi connection, although that might be the area & the tin opener needs upgrading! Other than that we would highly recommend it & will definitely use it again
Nice cottage, great location for our needs, awesome seascapes and sunsets.
Lovely local lady who showed us around the property, handed keys etc.
Booked this holiday home as it was a stone's throw from Fraserburgh were our family stay
We traveled from Belfast Northern Ireland
Lovely location very small quaint village with some local shops that can supply you the basics
Fraserburgh the main town is a few miles away
The house was well equipped with every thing from pots to pans
The only negative we would have is that there was no washing machine
There was a dishwasher that we never used rather have a washing machine in place of that
We had two young potty training children and required to supply our own towels too
With that we had a few bits of washing accumulated over the 3 day stay, lucky we brought extra and had my parents to do a spot of washing
Apart from that negative the cottage is perfect lovely sized rooms clean fresh and modern
Lovely walks along the harbour and a stone's throw from Aberdour bay and Aden park
I booked both West Rocks cottage & the Creel cottage for a family weekend trip away. As with the Creel cottage West Rocks did not disappoint, Kenny the owner has supplied everything imaginable to make your stay a real home from home experience. The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. Rosehearty is a lovely little fishing village with 2 bars a butchers/post office and a spar shop. So pleased we chose Kenny's properties for our stay. Thank you for making our stay so good. Would not hesitate to book these cottages again in the future.
WOW, Kenny the owner has thought of everything. The perfect home from home. Angela had even turned the heating on so it was nice and cosy when we got there, It Was just so relaxing and clean. Everything you could want. even DVDs for the kids to watch.
There is a Spa shop at the top of the road and they sell just about everything you could need. the sea is a stones throw away and the kids loved collecting shells its not a sandy beach so you do have to be careful when walking but if you want a sandy beach Fraserbrough is about 3 miles away,
We are planning to go back to Scotland again soon and will definitely be using Kenny's accommodation again if its free,
Thanks for a memorable stay Kenny and Angela.
