Good location but lack of supplies/maintenance

The location is great, the couple that take care of the property are friendly, however there are lacked of supplies, therefore there is hardly any food there for the gusts, at times seems to be an abandoned property by the owners, with this poor couple there trying to make miracles, with minimal resources. Also is 8 km dirt road to get there
