We try to visit Fossil Ridge at least once each summer (as they're only open about 4 months of the year) and our visit yesterday certainly didn't disappoint. The setting (vineyard, ponds, waterlillies & a bridge like that in Monet's garden in France) is gorgeous, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the food is simply delicious. My herbed salmon crepe in particular was exceptionally good and we enjoyed Fossil Ridge Gewurtztraminer and Rielsing with our meal. The macadamia nuts on my husbands salad are grown on the vineyard as are the olives. Fantastic!!!
