Honor Cottage is located directly behind the church and offers ready access to the coast along the footpaths or by car.
There is a pub only a couple of mins walk away that does take away as an option and a post office and local supermarket for shopping.
If your looking for basic then this is the place for you, there is no washing machine so everything has to be done by hand though there is a line to hang your washing on.
There is also no internet and getting a signal we found you had to go and stand on the church steps.
One thing you must watch out for is the bathroom door and kitchen door as these are quite low and I clouted my head many times on both drawing blood much to my annoyance.
The shower works if a tad slow and there is a bath tub which the weary may find usefull.
The garden could do with some tender loving care and the pictures may not be up to date, instead of just being strimmed back to make the cottage more appealing.
We found the neighbours to be friendly.
The staircase is quite narrow and steep but otherwise an easy short climb.
The bedroom could do with net curtains and curtains rather than storm boards to shut out the street light across the way as these made the bedroom stuffy with only the small window to open.
