We stayed here for three days and got suite room number 701. Breakfast is ok with limited choice of food. The room is tidy but the fish pond is not well maintained. However, the scenery is amazing. We surrounded with jungles and rice field so it is a perfect place to retreat and a sanctuary for blissful souls.

Stayed in the hotel for the weekend. Amazing property with breathtaking view to jungle from room, pools or restaurants. Rooms spacious, clean. Hotel staff very attentive, smile, polite and pro-guests orientated. Various services available from yoga classes, DJ in the restaurant, massages and treatments, shuttle car to Ubud city. Absolutely recommending to have real Bali's hospitality experience with luxury services in the middle of the jungle.

Despite staying within the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic in October of 2020 at The Kayon Jungle Resort, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Special kudos to Hendrik and Koko at the front desk for their hospitality. The restaurant staff Darmawan, Febi and Erni also took great lengths to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Extremely happy with our stay and we would definitely return. It was our first stay at a Pranama hotel and they showed stellar hospitality despite the pandemic hitting the hotel industry extremely hard. We did not feel there was cutting corners as many hotels are doing but on the contrary it was an experience way above our expectations. Thank you.
Like the previous reviewer, I have been waiting for months for a promised refund for my cancelled stay due to Covid. The communication was all very pleasant and then abruptly stopped after I had waited their specified 90 days for my refund. 130 days on and they stop answering emails. They blame the queue of customers waiting for refunds, then their bank that has a backlog, etc. always a different excuse. Every other hotel I had stays booked with promptly refunded. Whilst we all understand this is difficult times, it is for their guests too and as a result of their lack of respect for their customers, we will now be staying elsewhere when we come back to Ubud. Now seeking a refund through my card issuer. So short sighted of them as not only have they lost us as future guests, this will end up costing them more as my bank charges a fee to the merchant when processing a chargeback.
From the booking, to the check in, to the whole experience, and even after we checked out, they made everything personal and memorable!!!! It was a perfect honeymoon!!! we visited in january 2019! Book this place because everything is worth the money spent.
