Everyone at this hotel was amazing and gave us the best service. Everyone was so hospitable and welcoming especially the bartender, Daniel, who made the best drinks. The hotel was kept super clean and the location was perfect!

All that we had hoped for on our stop in Isabela. Our room was very comfortable, had a gorgeous view of the beach and was a short walk down the beach to a variety of bars and restaurants. Maria was such a good host and made our stay even better. She went above and beyond to help in any way she could.

The Isamar Hotel eas a fabulous place to stsy . Our room was by a breathtakingly beautiful beach. There was a comfortable area with lounge chair and tabke and chairs by the beach for guests to use. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We had all the amenities we needed including beach towels. The staff arrived early one morning to prepare breakfast for us before we went on a tour. They also met us at the ferry to gather our luggage as we went off on a tour. We would love to be stay there again.

Splurge and get a beach-front room if you can. You won't regret it. We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Isabela. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing. Daniel spent a couple of hours with me (including taking me to a travel agency in town) making arrangements for our return trip to Santa Cruz, after the smaller boat we arrived on resulted in queasy stomachs for most of our family. He got us reserved seats up top with the captain on a larger boat for the same price as the seasickness -inducing boat. When stopping by our room to confirm our early-morning ride to the dock, Maria noticed us trying to remove a thorn from my son's foot, offered to help, and, after 10 minutes, successfully removed the thorn. And Jimmy picked us up at 5:10 a.m. and drove us to the dock for our early morning departure. If we ever make it back to Isabela, we would definitely stay at Isamar Hotel again.
