This is a nice boutique hotel that is very clean. It is situated on the shore of the Bay of Kotor, and you can sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. There is a great view of the town of Kotor, and the surrounding villages on the Bay. The staff is friendly. The food is good. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. A great pool, and you can have a dip in the ocean, if you are so inclined.

Room Tip: Ask for a ocean view room

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the Bay of Kotor. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of food. Our room was comfortable. The swimming pool is fantastic with lots of sun umbrellas for shade and a private beach area as well. We found the hotel staff to be really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the piped music, which plays around the pool area, but we got used to it.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of the season, so there weren't many other guests around. The staff made us feel very welcome from the start, when we went to enquire a room - we had not booked in advance - and showed us a nice medium-sized room with a balcony and sea view.

Even though there were only few guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast was beautifully laid out every morning, and we could also order omelettes and pancakes.

The pool area is not very big, but it's very comfortable with four poster beds for sunbathing, and it's right on the beach if you want to take a dip in the sea as well.

The location was perfect for us, as we were in Kotor to do some walking. Near the hotel you can find exciting hiking trails in the forest, that will take you to nearby villages. We also walked to Kotor old town (around 30 min or so) and then hiked up the Ladder of Kotor trail - amazing. Taxi between the hotel and old town is around €4.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, we recommend Konoba Marius for stylish service and delicious seafood.

Whilst some of our friends had rooms which overlooked the sea, we had a pokey little room with only a roof light. Third Floor and no LIFT.
The situation was good, the hotel clean and smart and the breakfast was excellent.
A dip in the sea was most exhillerating

Room Tip: Get a sea view

We had to leave another hotel because of the intense raw sewage smell and were left to roam at five in the morning to find another bunk. Although they were booked they allowed us to stay for six hours at a much reduced rate. The power was on stand by generators but they were so kind and caring in our hours of need. We scored a brief stay in a seaside room and the views were fabulous. The next morning we did not eat in their restaurant but we were assisted by the front desk person who could not have been nicer. It has a lovely sun patio right on the water and stunning views. I wished we could have stayed longer. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. There might be road noise on the nonwater side not sure. Very clean and tidy, power was a little wonky but that didn't bother us a bit. There had been big weather events so it is understandable. They have free parking. Evidently they do host alot of tours but it didn't feel like it the brief time we were there. They know how to treat guests like guests, bravo!

Room Tip: Roadside rooms may be noisy
