Very welcoming staff, easter eggs given to kids. Only drawback was evening meal in pub attached, poor quality and miserable waitress. However breakfast was superb.

We spent 2 nights here - the rooms were comfortable and the bed very comfortable (and I am a princess when it comes to beds!). We liked that it was linked to the restaurant and bar, which were decorated in a contemporary design and very relaxed. The breakfast was good value, with as much as you want to eat buffet or cooked option and the staff very friendly and helpful

What a lovely Premier Inn set within a gorgeous garden. We stayed here last year with a couple of friends and absolutely loved it. Initially we were a little disappointed not to be able to get into the Albert Dock Premier (which is also amazing) but it turned out to be equally as lovely, just in a different way. The rooms, obviously, were up to the high standards of all Premier rooms but the view from the rooms overlooking the garden were delightful. We had the added bonus of the weekend being very sunny so that made the view even more spectacular. The parking was free and it was only about a five minute drive into the city.

The restaurant was bright and well decorated and the food, served by helpful, polite and friendly staff, was delicious. There was a good choice and the meals arrived piping hot and were served on hot plates. We ate our breakfast (delicious too) in the sunny conservatory and the waiting on staff in the mornings were courteous and friendly too. On the second morning I had a migraine so sent the others off into Liverpool without me. On the way out, my partner asked if our room could remain unserviced and explained to the lady on Reception that I was feeling unwell. A short time later there was a knock on the bedroom door and, upon opening it, I found a member of the waiting on staff had brought me a breakfast tray up. I haven't found that level of consideration in some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in.

There is one major problem now - which Premier Inn do we stay in when next in Liverpool? They are both superb in their different ways.

Room Tip: Try to book a room overlooking the garden.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Premier Inn, Roby, Liverpool. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast gave plenty of choice for the price. The only thing i would say about the breakfast is that for the cooked breakfast it says 'eat as much as you like'. The staff actually serve this to you as opposed to it being self-service. I would imagine that most people are generally more likely to have more if they are allowed to self-serve rather than have to ask again for it. This apart, very happy with our stay and nothing too much trouble for the scousers. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to liverpool

Had an exam to attend so needed somewhere close to Broadgreen Hospital, Premier Inn worked out perfectly.
Room and bathroom were immaculate. Staff were sincere and welcoming. This hotel despite being part of a chain had the pleasantness of a family run hotel.
