We stayed at Domain les Magasins for nearly a fortnight and filled our days with a perfect mix of both adventures and relaxation. When we arrived Luc, the owner, gave us maps and pointed out the best places to go and things to do based on the ages of our children. He recommended restaurants with a range of menus and prices, all of which were exactly as described.
The Domaine was kept to the highest standard and Luc and Marianne were justifiably very proud of their home, holiday lets and their gardens. The pool area was spotlessly clean and there were picnic tables and barbecue areas for guests to enjoy.
Highlights of the holiday were cycling along the canal du midi, climbing up Chateau de Montsegur and dining in Domaine Gayda.
This is not the place for you if you want total solitude or to be in the middle of raucous parties. But if you want a little bit of French heaven, good company and good food and wine then this is the place for you.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Domaine les Magasins.
