This place is country! Bungalows surrounding the water park. Can be loud in the evening, especially with groups or entertainment going on. Breakfast buffets are good, but don't change. Evening buffets are good but also don't change. The caipirinhas are good and there is a barrel of cachaca on the table to serve yourself. The buffets are on an open wood fired stove. It's country. For city folk a nice change of pace. There is nothing around other than one of the best cancer hospitals in Brazil (incl. a separate cancer hospital for children).
For people who want to get away from it all, this hotel is the place. I would go back if I was in the area again.More
