Well to begin with, this resort has lived by upto its name.
Wonderful well maintained resort property overseeing the valley with scenic views and a sun deck.
The infinity pool is its main attraction which you'll not want to get out of.
The resort is surrounded by lush coffee plantation and several other trees.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained with great views.
We selected the family rooms which has 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms (hot and cold water available) and a balcony.
In the room you'll get mini fridge, electronic safe, wardrobe, electric kettle, blow dryer, grooming kit, etc
The staff is courteous and helpful.
The food was best with several options for breakfast and dinner and included both veg and non-veg menu with continental, south-Indian and north-Indian items to choose from and not to forget the live counters.
One thing I appreciated about the food is everyday the menu was different and during our 5 day stay we haven't seen any repeat dishes.
They have a gym and play room for indoor games as well as bicycles if you wish to take a small stroll.
Every evening they have bonfire (subject to weather conditions) for all from 7:30 to 10 PM which feels good.
Few disappointments:
No license to serve alcoholic beverages was a disappointment, however you can carry your own alcohol to be consumed within your room. Nearest wineshop about 4 KM's away

No laundry service
No spa (staff mentioned that due to pandemic since there was no business with spa most of the spas in other resorts are closed as well)
Outdoor rope activities are down for maintenance(which staff mentioned that it was down for about 4 to 5 months) which was another big disappointment.
Room tip:
Ask for valley view room
Suggestions to management:
1. Considering no laundry service is provided, management should provide facilities to dry our clothes. We had one incident where one night due to strong winds our clothes were flown away which we had put on balcony for drying and had to call the room service to fetch it.
2. Please restart rope activities as soon as possible because guests comes with great hopes after watching all the activities on your website.
Taxi service:
We had book taxi service online which turned out to be reliable and well maintained cars.
Had a good repo with the car drivers Shafi and Somu.
You can contact Sujith at 9448976688 for taxi service and i can assure you, you wont be disappointed.More
