Lovely experience staying in Paddington Resort for me and my wife. We were in resort for 5 nights . A very helping staff from the front desk Ms.Kaushika , housekeeping Pratap, & best manager Mr. Almeida. The service we received in the hotel was really up to the mark. Our rooms were cleaned time to time. Any problem we faced was answered and solved. We booked a car from the hotel with a very good and helping driver Tejas who gave us a good tour of Madkeri and Kushal nagar. And tried his best to make us feel comfortable during journey. We got a chance to see coffee plantation at the backyard of resort with plantation guide Punus. Loved the green atmosphere surrounding the resort. Makes you feel so divine and calm. Beautiful scenic beauty full green and color full view can be seen from your bedroom balcony. The food served has a best taste. The buffet system was excellent and food preparation was too quick. We were in Resort from 25 Dec, 21 to 30 December, 21. The resort was fully booked but the staff was so well trained to serve every guest. All thanks goes to their head Mr. Almeida who was really a very well experienced and a true gentleman. Who is there for his customer always.
