Stay at Ayatana

It was a very pleasant stay amidst the nature . I also got a candle light dinner arranged by the waterfall and it was very beautifully done. The restaurant team was very supportive with whatever food choices we made and also got an amazing cake for the the bday celebration. Overall a beautiful experience…

Wonderful place

The resort is in a good location. Private waterfall is an advantage. Pool is good. Buffet has many options.

The staffs are polite and helpful. Special thanks to Deepa and Rathan for the hospitality and service !!

Excellent n refreshing stay n hospitality

After a long time had an amazing time on a holiday at ayatana Coorg . From the property to the view from the rooms to climate ... Everything made this trip a memorable one ... N special mention to the hospitality that was provided by Deepa at the restaurant is worth mentioning to the special care that was provided to the elders n kids plus all over needs were looked into immediately at all times n hats off to the entire restaurant team even the chefs for giving us the best service n the best part is we were served with a smile at all times by each n everyone at ayatana ... looking forward to come back soon again .

Had a fabulous stay .food is so tasty amazing hospitality and special thanks to Ms.deepa (she took special care)from check in day to check out day we feel like a home definitely we will come again .. specialy Mr Muthu and vinod jawahar darmandra from housekeeping the take care nisely

Serendipity

I visited Ayatana Coorg for my daughter’s birthday this year . It was truly an amazing experience . The staff are really welcoming . Special shout out to Rathan for his five star service ,who made sure everything was on point and was there for every bit of the celebration and did an amazing job . He made sure that we felt at home . Ayatana should really celebrate such employees who would make sure we go back again for the kind of service and stay .
I would also like to mention Swamy , Jishnu and Dharma for their their on point service .

The reception had forgotten to take the cake order but Deepa took special care of us and made sure the cake n celebration was on point.

And from housekeeping Madan and Dulari did a great job too .
