Loved this place! It is a little hard to find, you have to keep going out of Barreal to get to it and you can easily miss it. The rooms are beautiful, with small tables outside where you can sit and enjoy the wine you must have bought. Breakfast was one of the best we had in our two weeks in Argentina.

Nice posada. Very friendly owner, comfortable room with big bathroom, wifi and cable tv, parking and delicious breakfast with different homemade jams included. Dinner at restaurant available -preorder a couple of hours prior. All reasonably priced and payable with credit card. Barreal is such a beautiful place with lots to do and see.

at first glimps it's not very welcoming with its large VISA welcome sign and dark adobe bricks facade. once inside you instantly feel at home. nicely renewed building and rooms, a relaxing garden with a large apple yard. we were lucky the enjoy a traditional asado the owner and his staff prepared for guests. great hospitality. much more than just value for your dollars! don't miss the nearby el leoncito national park. with the 5- and 6000 peaks of the cordillera de los andes in the background barreal will be an unforgettable experience.

This a beautiful old house made of originally adobe bricks and completely renewed with lots of good taste. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, the bathrooms also..

The staff are good people ready to help, but because the management is so bad, they can't do much. When we arrived, the price seemed too high. As we asked for the a reduction of the price they gave us a lower price, not to be honoured at the end of our stay.

There is a restaurant, a beautiful room which serves only to the guests. But, what a pity !. Even if the staff were trying to do their best, the bad management and organisation meant that there were only available a few things from the menu, for instance only steak for one, or " milanesa" , for one.

There is absolutely need to have there a new management to match the beauty of the place.
