This hotel is located at the centre of the city. Rooms are clean and check in and check out was smooth.I had booked a/c room, but non a/c was given during check in. But a/c room was arranged by evening and proportionately room rent has been adjusted. Restaurant is available and the food was OK but little bit costly

A colleague recommended this place for its convenient location and budget price. Stayed for 2 days in a non AC room. Found it to be functionally comfortable. Its a no frills hotel so remember to carry your own soap and towel. There are no cupboards/wardrobes in the room. Each room has a balcony. Toilet is big and well ventilated. Toilet was clean but not tidy (empty soap packets were lying in a corner). There is only one 3 pin plug and the TV is plugged into it. There is one 2 pin plug near the bed. They don't provide extension cord but give a multi plug adaptor on request. 24 Hour check in and out facility. Room service is good but food is below average. Although a pure veg hotel, they do serve alcohol and non-veg in the evening.
Public transport is easily available right outside the hotel. There is a SBI ATM in the same hotel complex.

Pros - provided flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. Instead of 12 noon (or thereabouts) check-out timings as is the case in most hotels I have stayed at, this place provided a flexible check-out option i.e. they consider a day based on the check-in time; that means if you check-in at 8 AM today, for you check-out timing would be 8 AM. That was the one really helpful thing I found. Unfortunately - that was ALL.
Cons - everything else. Maintenance was unbelievably shoddy, with paint peeling off walls of the rooms & the toilets (& we had booked the luxury suites). Food (esp the room service) was mediocre. Towels were rarely changed (we had asked for a change of towel once & were told that they did not have stock of fresh towels - they had not returned from the laundry!). Plastic currency was not accepted .... I can go on and on.
