Indeed, this is not a luxurious hotel BUT the high quality of its service, really makes a difference. The hotel does not offer many amenities you have to be aware of this fact, however, it is always clean, in good conditions and the best of it is the service. The staff is always ready and eager to help guests. Specially, the reception lady, Yurany, She is always taking care of guests. A bad point of this hotel is that the walls are very, very thin, so you can know what is happening in the romm next to yours. Unfortunately, if there are noisy neighbours... well; not much sleep. The other negative point is that the hotel subcontracts a bakery in order to offer breakfast and the service of those people is just terrible. The word service for them does not exist. So, the reputation of the hotel could get affected by this bakery. However, I would return to this place because the service is excellent and the premises are always clean and comfortable.More
