great place to stay, infact the reception staff and restaurant staff were great , polite , hospitable. We went to 2 nights and an early checkin was requested, checkin and checkout process was quick , the rooms were average , food was good infact dinner was yummy , but the complementary buffet breakfast was average , they were not prepared for such a gathering at on ego at teh breakfast table so things were little mismanaged, rest all was ok .

The location of hotel is very good.Parking is no issue. The west facing rooms are very warm as we recieve an ample amount of sunlight whole day.Heatersare provided in rooms without extra charges. Food is good.

Nice & friendly staff with good & timely service. The rooms are well maintained & have a beautiful view from the window. The dining area too has beautiful scene view along with good food. The hotel is close to Kufri as well the Mall Road.

This hotel have been the mainstay of one of my most memorable trips in Shimla and I will always be thankful to it. However, I do have certain points which I would like to share with my fellow travellers:
Pros:
Nice, cosy and tidy rooms with proper sanitization
Good amenities like room heater, Mineral water, tea/coffee sachet, shampoo and soap available.
Great taste for the food ordered from their menu. My most favourite items being Tandoori Mushroom and Subz Biryani.
Great staff and room service, Kudos to Navin Chauhan and Belbahadur for making our stay comfortable with their immaculate room service.
Great view of Shimla from restaurant and some selected rooms.
Cons:
Some basic amenities found missing, like hair dryer, dental and shaving kit and room slippers. Quality of soap, shampoo and body lotion was not up to the mark
Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Butter was tasteless, artificial flavoured fruit juice, limited fresh fruits, powdered milk tea/coffee, needs improvement.
Some rooms did not have scenic views, even after booking 3 rooms for 3 nights, hotel staff cannot provide us even 1 room with good view. Was a major disappointment.
Hotel is located 3 floors below the normal road, the way to go till reception is congested and tricky, only skilled local drivers recommended to go till there. If you don't have a vehicle, the way to the top can be tiring especially for elderly people o foot.
Since I witnessed my first snowfall here, it will always be a memorable stay for me, however, I think the management must make the suggested improvements to ensure better reviews and recurrent visits.

Rooms and hotel were too good. Food and price are reasonable and good. One of the best visit
Narain’s service is also very good, he’s very friendly and polite. Also we got the experience first snow of the Shimla. Location is very good and not too crowded.

A decent place to stay with family, close to Mall road walking it takes min 15 mins to reach there, hence all the points in and around Mall road are covered. Rooms was very well sanitized and clean, washrooms were absolutely clean with modern fittings, service at the hotel was on time they respond to all your queries immediately. Special thanks to Mr. Kamaljeet (SM) and Mr. Narayan who took really good care of us on our arrival and check out, our bags were sanitized properly, the super deluxe room is a very good option to stay, it doesn't have a balcony but the room has a very large window facing the mountains. We were very happy with our stay overall, the food quality and taste was also very good. Highly Recommended.
