A perfect place for total relaxation. Friendly staff and very good food in the evening. The breakfast is alright without being anything special. The location of the hotel is very quite and nice. We brought 4 bike cycles and they where locked in a garage at night so the place is perfect as a base for cyclists.

we stayed at le pradinas in June 2015 for 6 nights. The hotel owners letitia and laurent Plantier were the most welcoming hosts. the room we stayed in (28) was newly converted and provided privacy and comfort. the food was outstandingly good and the service excellent.
It is a wonderful hotel , quiet , peaceful and relaxing and close to Anduze , a beautiful small town with all amenities.. the markets in Anduze and St Jean de Gard were exceptional, and the whole of the Cevenne region spectacular and unspoilt.
We will return,
Thank you so much to M et Mme Plantier for our stay in June ,
David & Asha, Scotland

Room Tip: we stayed in room 28, which was quite separate.

Hostelry is an art and Mme Plantier clearly has it down. This charming woman is alternately all loving welcome and all business when it comes to taking care of her patrons. You can see her switching gears when a little problem comes up and it's time to marshal the staff into action. But she and her husband Laurent have found the perfect balance between vacation casualness and European refinement. The meals are absolutely fantastic, with well chosen table wines and exquisite deserts surrounding artfully prepared, delicious tasting entrees. The place itself is beautiful, from the spacious lobby with the granite staircase to the ample pool and patio area. The rooms are all climatized and plenty comfortable, but the thing that makes it stand out is the impression, everywhere you look, that you're getting a top quality experience for a reasonable price and that the cheerful staff is attentive to make sure it stays that way.
Go there! It's fun.

We stayed two nights at Le Pradinas, only five minutes by car from the start of an excellent waymarked walk we planned to do. Seventeen of us were easily accommodated in the recently refurbished bedrooms, all with newly fitted en-suite facilites, all slightly different in shape and size and all plainly but well decorated. The outside areas are spacious and well equipped and the pool is excellent. The dining area is spacious and flexible, well able to cope with small and larger groups of walkers as well as other guests. We enjoyed both evening meals, which were varied, satisfying and gave us a taste of cevenol cooking. The hotel is family run and has a friendly, informal feel. The owners could not be more accommodating and have a good sense of humour. This is a quiet, rural hotel offering excellent value for money in a most attractive part of the Cevennes.
