Firstly, team Inn On The Lake, thank you for everything; we enjoyed your company and outstanding service.
Patrick’s sledding/ice non-fishing combo was the highlight. Patrick shares a good mix of current and historical stories; his love for the Yukon is radiant.
Patrick, I’m looking forward to your Yukon discoveries book or blog. If there were a next time, I would bring along the whiskey for a few days of trapping.
The Aussie twosome, I can’t say enough,,,,, your professionalism and humor made this experience easy going. We hope you two enjoy your Canadian discoveries.
Chef does rule his domain, his larger than life personality and tasty/hearty dinner offerings perfectly topped off each evening. We appreciated having an opportunity to experience his northern cuisine. yum!
The Lights were mostly a no show... during our second night we caught glimpses; just enough to check the box. We all know, Mother Nature provides no guarantees.
Lastly, we stayed in the jacuzzi room... this room is much less than promoted. It is very dated, dark, chilly and damp... the jacuzzi is quite small and the decorating requires a complete makeover. I left this trip with a itchy eyes, a chest cold and slight flu.
