MEDICAL APPOINTMENT

Have stayed at the Royal many times over the years, and its always my go to as its affordable, clean and most of the staff treat you as family checkin today was no different.

WITH covid they are very on top of all protocols..
I always request the same room and its like home for me. Needed a night way from home and the bed is oh so comfortable.

Today got a little welcome bag full of some snacks, water handsanitizer and lipchap Which made my day..

I love that it's quiet.

Management/staff and maintenance are definitely on top of things..

Away from home.

Good friendly service at the front desk, comfortable beds, nice little free breakfast. What more do you want ?
Why need I say more ! really - why would it be necessary to slap a whole bunch of words down that are not necessary - really.

WOW! Above and Beyond, 1st class service!

We were in town fore my wife to have surgery. On one of the coldest days of the year, our truck would not start and CAA was so backed up they could not get to us for almost 2 days. Manager, desk clerk and maintenance person all went out of their way to help is get it going. The maintenance person especially. He spent over an hour and boosted me with his own vehicle. Thank you so much. Eternally greatful!

Very clean and reasonably priced.

The beds were comfortable. Each one had four pillows 👍. There was four bath towels and that's also 👍. The bagged breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Good management Great staff

Stayed here with my senior dog, had to deliver a client to Regina from Lethbridge I was too tired to drive back. This is one of the nicest pet friendly hotels I have stayed at. I had an issue with the state of my bathroom, but management went above and beyond to address my issues. Made sure I left happy. The breakfast wraps are pretty tasty. Doggy dish and treats waiting for your pup upon arrival.
