This hotel is well placed to get into the old city but a car is essential as the public transport is not that accessible. The hotel is modest with a pool but no elevator. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are quite a few family run restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel is nice but a big tired looking with free parking at the rear. Cheaper than other hotels in the area with free breakfast. The room we got on the first night was very big with full size kitchen, when we decided to stay a second night we couldn't have the same room and had to move to a smaller room. No tea/coffee in the bedroom but freely available downstairs 24 hours a day. The air conditioning unit was very loud and had to be turned off in both rooms at night. No elevators so bags had to be carried up long flights of stairs to the third floor.

Aircondition was placed right next to the head (same level) on one side of the bed and the air would blow straight on your face while sleeping. The room was stuffy and the air condition did not seem to be effective.
Breakfast was just a formality. I would not criticize the fact that there is no lift in the hotel as many accommodations in Canada are without lift.
One of the front desk gentlemen was courteous and offered to help with our luggage up on stairs.
Hotel as has a private parking lot charged at $10 per nights stay.

Room tip: Ask for bigger bed when travelling with family. Also check if the air conditioning is near bed headboard

The price is cheaper than other hotels around the city, the room is quite big, and free breakfast, but the location is a little bit far from the old Quebec. The hotel provide free parking spot at the back

Can't complain for the price. Small rooms but comfortable and clean. Good self serve breakfast (bread/bagel, banana/apple, juice/milk)

Staff was friendly.

No elevators so try to carry light. I had to lug a family's worth of stuff up a flight of stairs. Not for the faint of heart. :)

Pool was good, warm water
