We arrived at the B&B at 2:00am due to plane delays and our key and instructions were waiting for us and all went well. The B&B is across the street from a park and the river with the Chateau just across the street. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Although it comes up on the internet under B&B, it does not serve breakfast but within a very short walk to excellent restaurants. Building is beautiful and the setting is outstanding! Just a block from all the main attractions. Great experience!

Room Tip: We were in the back and it was very quiet but no views.

This is in a great location just a quick walk through the park to the promenade overlooking the river. It's close to the old fort and the Frontenac.

The staff are great. The hotel, however, is not! Tiny claustrophobic rooms. Beds stuck right up to old radiators which mean you can only get in to one side with care. I caught my leg on a dangerous sharp point in room 14. Way overpriced for the room we got.....would not stay here again....

Smallest hotel room ever - even smaller than NYC. The Queen room was not inexpensive @ $200/night. Room is maybe 10x10 with a small 3x3 alcove for a chair and window that overlooks the fire escape. This room is nothing like the description nor is it in any of the pictures. The bed is hard. On the plus side, the room is clean and the check in guy was pleasant. If we were not here with another friend I probably would have walked. Save your money, or spend a bit more, and stay somewhere else.

Location is a 5!!! But some quirks about the place make you want to shake your head. We stayed in a room with a kitchen and it was very comfortable well laid out given the age of the building, they cheap out on the little things... 1 dish towel and cloth.. No paper towels no extra roll of tissue in the bathroom, so the half row left in the room runs out in the middle of the night...

But it's a great location on the water and we're going to be back just better prepared for its quirky charm

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for two nights and were very disappointed to find that it was in the basement. We could have accepted it being in a basement except that it had an unpleasant basement smell. There was a window in each of the bedrooms, but only one would open and there was a hole in the screen, so it was difficult to get fresh air. The apartment was outfitted adequately but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. To be fair, the location of the hotel was perfect and the exterior is cute, but the accommodations were not worth the high price (>C400$ per night).

Room Tip: Do not book the apartment because it is in the basement.
