“Great Mix of Old Building Charm with Modern Renovations in an Amazing Location”
Reviewed 8 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

From day one Joanna and Frederick were immensely accommodating. They made sure our dates worked by moving us to another suite in the building for the second half of the week. Even though it was peak time and we were staying over the Osheaga weekend they still went out of their way to accommodate our times. They sent us a guest book with all the info we needed for our stay and more (recommended restaurants, sights to see, transportation, wifi passwords, etc etc etc). We printed this out and used it as a guide for the entire trip and it really settled our mind ahead of time to know what to expect and how to plan our days based on their personal recommendations.

The apartments were beautiful and charming and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The appliances were all new and everything was clean. It was better than staying at even the nicest hotels! One of the best parts was the location - we didn't know montreal as we hadn't been in 13 years; but we were 2 blocks from the metro connecting station that could take us anywhere, we walked to Notre Dame, to countless restaurants, to Old Montreal, and to Old Port. Our security deposit was returned half an hour after check out. We couldn't ask for better service.

Would stay here in a heartbeat again and honestly do not have one negative thing to say about the property. Thanks a ton!

This was our second stay. It is so close to the Metro which makes it easy to get almost anywhere you want to go in Montreal! The 747 bus (to/from the airport) stops close by as well! It makes getting into and out of downtown Montreal quite easy and affordable too!

The apartment is well looked after and maintained as well as being quite comfortable.

The management company (Joanna and Frederique) are very easy to work with, respond quickly to any question or concern you have and are just really nice people to work with. The information packet they send is full of very helpful information if its your first time (or third time! ) in Montreal.

We look forward to staying there again

“Great apartment in an excellent location for an affordable price!”
Reviewed 16 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

My friend and I stayed three days and really enjoyed having the apartment. It is located in an excellent location downtown with many attractions and a central hub for the metro nearby. The apartment consists of a comfortable living room and a great open kitchen. It was very tidy and relaxing. It was our first time in Montreal and we would definitely come back to stay in the same apartment!

“Great place near old mtl”

I stayed here to check out a music festival in old Montreal. It was a 10 minute walk from our place which was so convenient. We did not need to go far to find anything needed. As for the place, it was just as the pictures show, high ceilings were ideal and gave the place a great feel. Would definitely stay here again.

“A wonderful stay at Berri Street”

A beautiful old building situated in a great location and the apartment itself has all that's needed to make it a second home. Big enough for the four of us, nicely decorated, cosy, and warm it was perfect. Exactly as portrayed in pictures and as described on the website, we easily settled in and managed to start our exploration of the city with the help of the guidebook. Our first visit to Montreal was suave and charming thanks to Joanna and Freddie who were always ready to help and do their utmost to make it a pleasant stay and indeed it was.
