Stayed just for two nights, three people and it was enough. Good size of room and beds, but located on the lower level, like "basement", noisy from the cars passing on the street. One light bulb at the bathroom wasn't working, I asked reception to fix it and instead he just gave me a new one to do it myself, it wasn't even the right fit actually as someone placed the previous one incorrectly. There was no extra toilet paper and the one there wasn't even a full new one and it was a bad quality (1 sheet, transparent piece of paper...), I asked reception for another one new, they provided. Bathroom could be better cleaned as there was hair on the shower courtain and sink. Everything in the hotel and rooms are outdated, old fashioned, with red carpets, old type of furniture and weird paintings in the room, smelling weed at the corridors, it really looks like a cheap hotel. From paid parking (suggested by the receptionist, good choice nearby compared to other options on the street) to the hotel is a good walk and not very convenient when it's -23 degrees or worse. The great thing is the location and check in was quick, even though receptionist didn't seem to know properly about my reservation details.

Room Tip: Not at the front facing the street, not at the "basement".

Got pink eye from sleeping here there was black hair all over the sheets and bathroom (my cousin and I both have blonde/light brown hair) nothing was wiped down it was covered in dust and dirt. The mattress was stained and had burn holes
The street it's on has a lot of people who come up and ask for money.

There's no working air vents and broken windows you can't open so it was disgustingly hot and the whole place smelled like smoke and pee

(The photo of the white thing is black gunk inside the fridge)

Located in the student district, so full of young people during the day and drunk older ones at night. It´s quite nice and lively at daytime. Full of cafes, restaurants, bistros. We arrived very late but could find parking slot in the underground garage one street behind the hotel. (15 CAD/day) It took time to drive there and walk back, but easily accessible via the hotel´s back door. (The receptionist forget to mention.) The receptionists were not very friendly, talkative or helpful. Room was ok, silent, with street view and downtown tower buildings in the far. We walked everywhere in the center, only Olympic park and Botanical garden requires transportation (car or metro). Location was ideal for us. Breakfast was 2-3 days old croissant, tasteless muffin with butter, tea or coffee. Complete disappointment, so second morning we did not even bother to walk down to eat it. One older man sitting there during breakfast and watching you. This tiny kitchen otherwise closed, not possible to make a tea/coffee during the whole day. I did not feel welcome at all.

I went to this hotel for the first time and I was very disapointed! First, it is complicated for the parking witch is not on site. My room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The central A/C was not cool at all. The room is really small with 2 different size beds facing in 2 directions. The room is dark and look like a Russia hostel! At least it was quiet and I slept well. I will not go back to this place.

Room had a weird smell. The window opened to the center of the building which had a worse smell and the staff are seconds away from spiting in your face...all of them. Not a friendly one in the bunch. They just don't give a F- And what's up with the stick carpet!
