We arrived on a Friday night around 6pm for a 2 nights stay. Asked about their garage parking and the very friendly staff went outside to check where we parked on the street out front and assured us that we could park right in front for free all weekend, Perfect! They gave us tips on what to see and directions. This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block from the Atwater metro station and Alexis Neon Plaza. Just a short walk to the Bell Center, St Catherine street. Even though the room was dated and needs an upgrade, it was clean and we had all the amenities, with a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, toaster, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar. Even had a little balcony. The hotel offers internet and buffet breakfast. We would definitely go back.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. We are glad that you enjoyed our location near the mall, metro and saint-Catherine street, as well as our apcious rooms with all the amenities. We are in the process of renovating our rooms to hardwood floor if those would be of interest to you on your next stay in Montreal.

Best Regards

We chose to upgrade to recently renovated rooms and it was worth the little bit extra price. Nice to have the separate bedroom and kitchen. Our room was quiet. We paid for parking but it was on site. They serve a nice buffet breakfast which was reasonable for the food offered--from juice to coffee/tea and pastries. Be aware there is no valet service but luggage carts are available in the lobby. We really enjoyed being just one block from "restaurant row" and enjoyed nice lunches and dinners. Because of my husband's use of a collapsible wheelchair we took taxis rather than the metro for the tour we took and to our cruise chip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for excellent value.

Room tip: Ask for upgraded room -- ours was very quiet and convenient to elevator.

I was there a few years back and I can't say the experience was bad. Everything was very clean. Yes you have to go to the roof to get sun and yes the pool is not on the same floor but that is not an issue. All was pretty clean. It is not a 5 start so I don't expect it to look like one.

Room tip: I had a room with a queen bed and it was very nice

Very nice staff and nice location. Walking distance to Rue de Catherine and Crescent st. We parked in the garage at the forum across the street from hotel. Our room had a stocked kitchen for cooking if needed. Everything was fine- clean and safe. 2 grocery stores within blocks.🤗🤗 would stay here again.

Nothing overly special about this apartment-style residence hotel, but it was clean, inexpensive, and close to Concordia University, and quiet in the wee hours. This is my third time staying for Fantasia Film Festival and I would stay again.

Parking is a little tight in the basement. Be warned.

Wifi is a tad slow and spotty.

You need to be on an upper floor if you want to enjoy the view.

CRT televisions were cute, and immediately were up into a cupboard to free up desk space.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. The parking in the basement is only for smaller vehicles, mostly due to the lack of space with being Downtown Montreal. Hope to see you on your next visit to Montreal.

Best Regards
