“Boutique Hotel-GREAT!”
Reviewed 29 May 2012

This was our first time staying in a 'boutique' hotel. We usually stay in the large hotels. Le Petit Hotel was perfectly located in the old area of Montreal (vieux Montreal)...the perfect location to get the real flair of Montreal. The room was very clean with exposed brick walls, modern / ergonomic furniture, a shower to simply die for, and a bed / mattress to die for as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful (concigiere service included)...around when you needed them...which made for a nice quiet, peaceful stay. A filling continental breakfast in included with your stay as well. We would definitely recommend staying at Le Petit Hotel!

Room Tip: Book at least a medium size room. Our room was located towards the back of the hotel, so our view wa...

1. Spa shower in the room was amazing
2. Most comfortable hotel bed ever
3. Great service from staff
4. Great recommendations of food from staff
5. Excellent location in old Montreal

Would highly recommend this hotel. It's a little more expensive than average but well worth it.

Room Tip: The medium sized room should be more than enough for most couples.

We had a romantic winter weekend in Old Montreal at Le Petit Hotel. We had a large room and it looked more like a trendy loft with wood floors, exposed brick walls and separate seating and sleeping areas. The bathroom was very nice with wood grain porcelain floor and glass tiles. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. We had a Wii in our room which was so fun for late night games. The morning croissants were delicious and you are walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were very helpful with making dinner reservations. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Old Montreal.

Room Tip: All the rooms are different. We had the extra large room on the top floor and there was even a small...

Dear JDD313,
We are glad you enjoyed a romantic weekend at Le Petit Hotel this winter. The Extra Large rooms definitely have a feeling which is closer to a loft than a regular hotel room. The Nintendo Wii is certainly a great asset to this room type as well. We like stays at Le Petit Hotel to be comfortable AND fun! Thank you for sharing this great review. We look forward to welcome you again upon your next visit to Montreal.

Warm regards,

I booked Le Petit Hotel after reading all the reviews on tripadvisor and it turned out to be truly a gem of a hotel.

The staff is increbily nice, the rooms are spacious, modern yet warm. Very central in old Montreal.

I had problems with Expedia booking the hotel and the staff was more than willing to help change the rate and room.

I would definitely stay in this hotel when I come back to Montreal.
