Very historical place, nice Sunday branch with jazz music. People are dancing, relaxing atmosphere. But place definitely needs good renovation. A lot of local residents.

Went to Grossman's Tavern on a Saturday to listen to some fantastic music and play some pool. The place gets packed! We had a great time. The place is in the middle of Chinatown so the whole area is pretty cool. There is one pool table and it is 1st come, 1st serve.

First of all, we didn't come to eat. That being said the popcorn was delicious. The best - really - the best i have ever eaten. Beer was cold - so that is good. But the place is the place. Historic, quirky, eclectic clientele and great music.

Come for the experience. Start creating memories. Have a good time - for sure! But probably a good idea to eat first or later.

Went there on a sat around 5 saw the happy pals play. These guys are amazing musicians playing jazz and Dixieland and incorporating some of the regulars who sing a few songs. Good beer selection and reasonable prices. Bartender got upset with me because I was annoyed with a guy who cut in front of me and bar service was a little slow but didn't let it harsh my good time. Will definitely come back.
