Organised a corporate party in Cluny back private room. The whole process was really easy. The staff was helpful in choosing and making changes to the set menu. On the day of the event everything was perfect and we'll organised. It was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and it didn't feel too small or too big. we had our own bar access without leaving the room and they offered some interesting alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as charcoal lemonade. Service was fantastic. Food was delicious. Isn't cheap but worth every dollar.

I came here for winterlicious and I really enjoyed my meal. First off, the bread they give you is wonderful. I probably could have just ate that and been satisfied! I started with the French onion soup which was lovely on a cold day. For my main I had the croque monsieur with a salad- this was just alright. I didn’t really care for it that much to be honest. The dessert was excellent tasting and a beautiful dish (see my photo).

I sat in the bar area and while my server was very nice, he was very slow (and it wasn’t that busy when I came). Also- I took my meal to go and when I got home I was disappointed to see that my almost full salad had not been included.

Not only is this located in one of the coolest districts in Toronto, the restaurant was exceptional all the way around. From the first stop at the bar with Jessie to 3 hours of just off the chart service. Amazing.

I've been told that I should give Cluny a try for a weekend brunch- I wasn't disappointed. Fun lively French bistro vibe with plenty of banquette seating.
Poached eggs in portabello mushroom caps were outstanding, as was the omelette - all with beautiful presentation. Homemade complimentary bread comes with farmfresh butter.
Anthony was a very professional server, attentive but not overbearing.
Brunch is always better with champagne!
One of the top brunches in the city - I'd definitely go back.

I live in the Distillery and have been a regular here. It was truly wonderful until they changed management a few months ago. Last three visits orders were wrong, Ordered one dish and was served something else. The other night I ordered a bottle of wine with dinner and was told the key to the wine cabinets in the restaurant and the manager had left their key at home so I could order a bottle of wine. They couldn't have sent someone to pick up the key? This was after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to assign a server to our table. The staff at at Cluny is and always has been great. It was a well managed restaurant until recently. The new management is so disorganized, inconsiderate and unprofessional that in spite of the best efforts the serving staff getting what you ordered or ordering a bottle of wine is beyond their abilities. Given this is a rather expensive restaurant, one would think that if MacDonalds could get an order right and get you the beverage you ordered then at these prices Cluny could as well, Not going back until they get things sorted out.
