Clean, with kitchen full equipped , washing and dryer machines in the room, desk and living room very spacious, the only thing is no closet in the room but there is one outside the room... and they do not serve breakfast until 10am... but there are a lot of coffe places 1 block away...

Hello rociofa and thank you for the great review!

Our suites are each configured a bit differently and some have an in-bedroom room closet, but most are outside the bedroom area. We do open for breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday but it is a bit later on Saturday and Sunday (10:00 a.m.). Hopefully we see you again soon!

For a weekend getaway, this hotel is well located near the lower downtown core. For those driving, beware there is limited valet/hotel parking and you may end up having to park in the public parking down the street from the hotel, which was a bit of a nuisance/annoyance. The suites themselves closely resemble what one would expect a one bedroom condo to look like, achieving their goal of making the suite feel like home. My only wish, a more comfortable bed and a more functional summer blanket/sheet. The mattress caused a very broken and unrestful sleep and the duvet on top made sleeping extremely sweaty and hot. But on the bright side, the staff were very friendly and prompt with helping you.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review Rebecca M.

Our location is fantastic and the drawback is a lack of available parking overall. We do have some parking and have many options in the area that we offer guests when we're sold out. For the bed comfort issue, we will be reviewing with the team and devising a resolution. Thanks for this feedback and we hope you'll stay with us again soon.

Overall it's a good place, specially for longer stay then a week. Washing machine and dryer in room and full kitchen. Good location. There's fitness room but it's simple 4 machine and some free weights. Overall the room was clean, and no odors. If the price is similar to other hotels around, and if I was going for more then a week, I would stay here.

Our room has kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, oven and sink. You can basically live here if you want to. The room is nice with hard wood floor, modern bathroom and nice Young ST view. The bed is a bit small for couples.

Hi there digvan and thank you for taking the time to post a review.
You've noted all of the main reasons to stay here but I regret that the Queen sized bed did not meet your satisfaction. Unfortunately all of our suites have Queen beds but we do have some great upgrades and an amazing spa should you decide to return!
Cheers,
Evan

Very nice, clean hotel. Our room was very roomy, quiet and comfortable. It is in a great location just off Yonge Street. Short walk to St. Lawrence Market, Rogers Centre and Restaurants. Ate at their steakhouse and the service and food were excellent. But the bedding could use an update and although the suite had a kitchen, it was not stocked for ease of use. They do not provide any items to use in it with the exception of minimal cutlery and dishes. Not even a dish cloth or towel is provided Anything else that you need you have to ask the front desk to bring to you which made it very inconvenient. But, saying that. We would stay there again as it is a nice hotel in a great area and would definitely recommend to others.

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms will have a better view.

Hi there 123traveller2015 and thank you for the review.
Our location is unbeatable and we will share your feedback with Wildfire Steakhouse. We're currently updating our bedding and we equip the suites with the necessary items for short term stays. We'll consider your review to improve our in-suite offering for kitchen utensils and look forward to your return. In the meantime please make a request for pots, pans etc. when making your next reservation with us.
