We like to stay at this hotel during our visits to Toronto. Although it is a very big property the general touches are nice and the lounge is excellent with a decent selection of food and drinks, not to mention the awesome views.
Rooms are of good size and housekeeping is efficient. The bathrooms are a bit dated but kept in good working order.
Valet Park is efficient if the details on the App work, it is supposed to be automatically charged to your room but mine had to be reset twice during my recent stay which meant we had to wait longer for our car. Also, keep in mind that downtown hotels charge a lot for parking, at this hotel it is CAD 60 per night, similar to other locations within the CBD.
I also wish that there was a special Bonvoy counter as the lines at check in can get rather long, there is a Bonvoy counter but anyone from the line seems to go there.
But overall a good experience in a very central location of the city. Pretty much all the shopping, offices and stadiums can be reached on foot.

Room tip: The views on both side of the tower are excellent, we love the Northern views with City Hall.

My family and I (3 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant) traveled down from NY and stayed in a 2 Queen bed room for 1 week and had an excellent experience. From the moment we parked our cars with the friendly and helpful valets, we knew we made the right decision. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and was nice enough to move things around so that we could get a room with a good view for my toddler. We were on the 16th floor facing the square and it was perfect! The man who helped us with our many luggages (parents traveling with kids will understand), was extremely patient and we never felt rushed or like we were bothering him. We only needed housekeeping once and when we did call for it, the woman (whom we met later and was so pleasant) had cleaned the room perfectly; felt like we just checked in again! I was able to fit my pack and play in the room and there was still enough space for all of us to comfortably move around. We ate once at the little restaurant in lobby and the food we ordered (sliders and french fries) was really good! And as usual, the workers there, super helpful and friendly. We also went to the indoor/outdoor pool once during our stay and it was pretty cool as well. The fact that you could be in the water indoors or outdoors depending on the side you swam to was a unique feature.

The night we came was also the night that the Caribbean festival, Carribana was happening so they required quests to wear wristbands after a certain time. They also had additional security who were actively checking to make sure guests were entering. I appreciated the diligence because before the set time, the lobby was crowded with extra people who clearly were not guests. It was annoying because they were just milling around in the way but the hotel did a very good job of managing the crowd.

This hotel was at the center of Toronto and walking distance from so many shops and restaurants. We also went to the Harborfront Centre multiple times which was a quick 15 min ride away. We already know we're coming back to Canada and when we do, we're definitely staying here again!

My all time favourite hotel in Toronto. Fantastic location just steps away from subway, streetcar, Eaton Centre, city hall, downtown, and the Four Seasons performing arts centre. Great access to the underground PATH system (very useful in winter). The lobby had a wonderful original 1970s aesthetic before it was renovated, but the new one is still pretty decent. Staff are very helpful and service is quick. Rooms are a little dated but if you get a north-facing one, the view is incredible! Just be sure to also get one away from elevators as they can be very noisy. Housekeeping is okay but could be a little better. Decent restaurant but if you can, get access to the lounge because the food there is easily better. The hybrid indoor/outdoor pool is heated in the winter and there's also a hot tub. Cute little garden with trees and a waterfall in the middle as well, viewable from the lobby. Great value for money here, but expect to pay a premium. Highly recommend!!

Room tip: North-facing rooms (ask for city hall view) have amazing views! Also ask for a room for away from elevators as they are super noisy.

The Sheraton Centre Toronto is in the heart of the city, and close to everything you could want or need. Public transportation via subway is easy, and many things are walkable. The hotel has some awesome views and a really nice pool area. A quick and easy breakfast can be had in the lobby area, or in your room. If you spring for a club access room, you can take in the newly renovated Club Lounge on level 43 of the hotel. Every staff member we encountered from management to front desk folks were outstanding and made us feel like very valued guests. This Toronto hotel is highly recommended.

This is not a 4 star hotel 2 at best lack of staff so breakfast buffet cancelled just continental breakfast asked for toast not available? Drinks kept running out what does the bar manager manage manager is obviously capable of stock purchases,SheratonNo Restaurant so having takeaways or eating out I could keep on but have lost the will to live Dreadful Hotel give it a miss folks .Perhaps the public who have paid big bucks to stay here should storm the 43 floor and demand the same as premium guests a cooked breakfast not a croissant
