Stayed here for two nights while at a conference. The new renovations in the lobby are quite nice. Still many renovations going on in the hotel, including the pool area. The staff are always great and were still ensuring cleanliness of the hotel during Covid. If you are a light sleeper, stay away from room 36 on any floor as it is right next to the service elevator and you can hear it. More

This hotel is pretty conveniently located on Queen street, with quick access to the tram, Eaton Centre, and the rest of bustling Queen Street.
The hotel lobby appears to have gone through some updates, and the car lobby appears to be going through some renovations now. Our taxis were confused about the new pathways, and how to enter and exit.
The restaurants in the hotel have changed recently, I think. And I was expecting there to be a lobby bar/restaurant where I could watch a ball game. But that's now gone, and there are just a couple of TV's in the lobby coffee/sandwich cafe.
The room was decent, providing all the comforts needed. The bathroom didn't provide vanity supplies, but will do so when you call and ask. Our room was only on the 6th floor, and was overlooking the outdoor pool area, which was also going through renovations.
It's a decent hotel, but seems to be going through some updates now.
I'd stay again, but keep my expectations low.
Stayed here with my husband for a few nights while he was in the city for work. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous. The room was comfortable and clean with incredible views of the city. I walked everywhere on this trip and our hotel was in the perfect spot. I could walk to the waterfront, Queen street, Eaton Centre, CN Tower. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and helpful.

A good hotel in the centre of downtown Toronto. We got an amazing corner room on the 29th floor and the view was stunning overlooking the city. The staff we encountered during our short stay were polite and hardworking. We couldn't pass any of them without them saying a hello. Special mention to Rafiq in the restaurant and the lady cleaner on the 29th floor.
The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and a great set up for the day!
Stayed at this hotel for business, for a 5 day period. The hotel itself is good. The room had an excellent city view and was comfortable. There was some construction work going on the first few days. What I did not enjoy was the room service menue, this is worst and most limited menue I have ever encountered in any of the 4star and up hotels I have stayed at all over the world. Basics like a fried egg, bacon and toast is not available. The dinner menue is just as limited. In short if you do use this hotel plan to eat somewhere else.
There are similar hotels with much better restaurants and food service in Toronto, I will not be visiting this one again.

We stayed as part of a large group and we loved it. Rooms are clean and spacious with very comfy beds and housekeeping did a great job of refreshing the rooms. Great location for everything and great staff! Breakfast wasn't my cup of tea but the hotel itself was fabulous.
